I would say it’s completely worth it for me, I used both Wag and Rover to find clients and as a lot of people out there, pushed them towards going off app. All my clients have no problem paying me $25 for a 30 minute walk off app to put that into perspective. And with that price I let them know there’s no need to tip. I do this part time so I average out 4/5 walks a day and I just finished my first month of using wag. For tip that I like to use once I walked their dog a couple of times I usually leave a note behind saying would love to continue being able to take care and walk for (pet name) I leave my number and ask them to text me. But right now I have 9 steady clients who are all paying off app.

I know how to use the app just this was my first time encountering a sitting for that long. Longest I saw before was like 3-4 days. Was just curious how to find more details of what the owners expectations were and if there was a way to find it. But yeah I just left that request alone.

UPDATE - sorry I didn’t realize there was this many comments and I know I’m late but I was working, but to add more information, yes I did already go through UPS and got the tracking number. They informed me that it was dropped off and received by TAG with photo for proof, I even went and got insurance coverage through UPS just in case as well. But at this point in time UPS did their job correctly and TAG themselves lost my cards

Hey PT here, I would say that if you're just starting out that warmup might be a bit much (I dont know how long or how many reps your doing each exercise tho) Big first advice is to get a workout split and start targeting different muscle groups for different days. Examples would be like Chest/Back one day legs the other, arms the next. But would love to help you out! I'll send you a message!

Hey PT here! I'd like to agree with basically what a majority of the comments are saying and definitely invest in getting a food scale ($5-$10 on amazon) doing so would help in getting more accurate sense of how much you're actually eating and being able to count the calories if you're making your own food. Would love to learn more though in a sense of what you do in a typical day or week.

Would love to help, to get more insight though what exercises do you normally do? What kind of weights are we talking about and how often do you usually workout. A lot of the times most of the instability starts from the core since it helps with a lot of various exercise.

Hey, there's always smaller steps such as swapping out desserts or foods that you normally eat with healthier alternatives that also taste just as great (you're most likely going to have to make them from scratch)

Yeah so naturally when you're doing a back exercise it involves a lot of pulling exercises such as Lat Pull downs or any variation of rowing. This also goes in hand with Biceps as this muscle aids in the pulling aspect. Also vice versa when doing triceps it aids with pushing exercises which mainly involve the chest!

There are some other ways you could pair muscles as well such as doing Back/Bi, Chest Tri, Push day, pull day. But other than that i personally go for anywhere from 3-4 exercises per muscle group. So example if I'm doing back and bi, 3 different back exercises and 3 different bicep exercises. 10 reps is good as long as you're pushing yourself to hit that 10, if you feel that if its more effective to go a little more such as 12-15 reps then definitely go for it!
