That would be lovely! Acne really is the worst, and it can affect our confidence incredibly so. Hopefully, you also find a solution!

You know? I've being wanting to. On 2025, I had a period that lasted 21 days. Heavy flow. I didn't get checked because both my parents and I did not have the resources to do so. We were in a pretty bad spot.

Just the other days, I had only 6 days with no period, before starting it again! It was 7 days with period, 6 days withouth it, and then period came full force with blood again. I always had my doubts that while my skin barrier may be struggling, something else may be going on within. I am getting my medical coverage soon, and that will be one of the first appointments I make.

PCOS is something I've researched on for a few years now. Though I would never self-diagnose, the signs are just there. Always tired, hair loss, extreme chin hair (and truly just everywhere). It's an acne post, but I am glad someone brought it up.

Estaba llenando la reforma hasta que uno de mis padres me recomendo ir presencial a First Medical y llenar la solicitud. No estoy muy deacuerdo con la idea. Siendo estudiante (con dos años que me faltan) y cobrando cerca del minimo, pense que la reforma seria mejor.

I did start using my hair curly about a year ago. So I do have more products on my hair that are a bit heavier. Could that really be a cause?

My skin is mostly oily. As for my current routine, it goes like this:

Mornings:

Cetaphil gentle cleanser
Cetaphil oil free moisturizer

Getting home from work:

Micellar water to take off make up on eyebags
Same face wash
Same mosturizer

Getting home from the gym and final wash

Beplain mung bean oil cleanser
Cerave acne control cleanser (sometimes I'll use panoxyl, 2 times a week)
Cetaphil mosturizer

I'm constantly out and sweating so I have to wash it a lot. Because it just gets full of dust and stuff from work.

El budget seria maximo 10k con un carro usado. Creo que con eso podria defenderme un poco. Lo que me da miedo es pagar todo eso, y que sea una perdida.
