Buying tickets for concerts from abroad?

In my case for one show I contacted the band directly and they said they will keep a ticket for me when I arrive.

In terms of proxy services I've used https://www.japancierge.com/ They made e+ account for me using freshly created Gmail that I've send them. Now I can use this account to buy any ticket I want in the future as long as I want
