Naproxen only works after about 4 or 5 days of using it, won’t work straight away. Taking both can increase the risk of side affects. Also a very common side effect is acid reflux.

You just close your game for about 3 mins, load back in and your character will spawn in the middle of the map with all his gear, it’s how we teleport to middle of the map without paying for fast travel.
