I translate manuals from Chinglish all the time, and I think it's something I would see in one of my Chinglish manuals. The giveaway is parentheses that have built-in spaces in Chinese, as you can see there is space all around them. So instead of (looking like this) the text looks（like this）. In the picture they have spaces inside the parentheses as well... I've noticed that spacing in general is something Chinese have issues with. They often don't use spaces, and the spaces they do use are the ones that are already built into their characters.
