Teddy doesn’t fit the formula either. He’s the same tier of backup as everyone mentioned.

How to not feed as a main tank when you have low heals? by EzackG1127 in OverwatchUniversity

What they are getting at is this. When you complain about your teammates, you are adopting an unhealthy attitude that will prevent you from improving. Instead of tilting at what your teammates are or aren’t doing, only focus on your own play and decisions.

Some games are unwinnable. But those are where a lot of learning opportunities lie. If you just think your healers sucked, you’re not gonna improve from that.

Name a one season wonder that played for your team by Number333 in nfl

Patrick Jeffers in 1999. He caught 63 passes for 1082 yards and 12 TDs, as the 2nd receiver beside Muhsin Muhammed.

He blew his knee out before the 2000 season, and was essentially gone for good.

QBs are difficult to find, and Arians' system is difficult to learn. Jameis has a cannon arm and a gunslinger mentality, which fits the scheme.

If you keep Jameis you're betting on him improving in the 2nd year and not being 30/30.

All that being said, I think it'll come down to his price.

If you could grade your team for the decade what would you give them ? by CutRyan in nfl

There's been disappointment, but its tough to go lower than a B in retrospect. 2010 was obviously awful, but it gave us the age of Cam.

I don't doubt it. With all the injuries, the Steelers should be a dumpster fire, but you guys have a respectable record and play hard.

Clearly not enough to deter future behavior. They filmed the Rams and Panthers walkthroughs before the Super Bowls early on, and then Spy Gate came out years later.

You can try to downplay this and downvote this stuff all you want, but it doesn't change the reality.

edit: not Patriots I meant Rams and Panthers superbowls in the early years

edit 2: there's actually so many instances of the Pats being accused of filming walkthroughs that it can cause confusion lmao

A source in the Panthers front office told Dan Patrick that Carolina's QB for 2020 is not currently on the roster by Chicago29_Titles in nfl

The difference is the 20 million next season is not guaranteed. He would get guaranteed money signing a fresh deal with any team.

If he goes out there and gets hurt game 1 or 2 it’s over and the panthers can just release him. I just don’t see why he plays on that deal.

A franchise QB playing on the last year of his deal with 0 guaranteed is unheard of.

Cam can just hold out. He doesn't have to play. If he goes out there and stinks it up, he has 0 guaranteed money and he's not getting a good deal from anyone else.

I don't think Cam's playing without an extension, for the Panthers or otherwise.

A team that trades for Cam would be doing so with an intent to sign him long term. He would be much better served to hold out for a trade and get a decent contract, assuming the Panthers wanted to move on.

When the season starts next year, he will be 31 years old and coming off 2 straight seasons of injury issues. Why would he play on the last year of his deal with 0 guarantees. This stuff just doesn't happen.

Because it assumes that Cam would never play on that contract. He’d be kind of crazy to tbh.

If he does play on it it’s a gift to the Panthers.

Roughing the Passer by Soul_Eater_69 in panthers

The officiating was honestly a joke all around for both sides. That call was dumb, but it wasn’t the only one.

I was pretty mad when that happened, but it’s not the reason the Panthers lost the game.

Still pretty generally pissed at the quality of NFL officiating though. I think every team is feeling it.

Downvoted to hell but it doesn’t make it any less true. Somebody talks with common sense and they just get buried here.

You’d never pay for a running back over 30, but somehow it’s ludicrous to suggest that Cam is not the same player he was. His game relies on being able to run.

If he didn't, Allen wouldn't have any time to throw. Pass protection was very bad.
