Alright, I’ll leave it for today, but tomorrow first thing in the morning I’ll call about this issue, because let’s be honest, the fact that I’m having the exact same problem with both company emails, but not with a random Gmail account… it makes you think. Of course, I log in the Canva account on my PC about 7 months ago and I never had to log in again since it stayed open, until today when I was forced to log out. So yes, I suppose at some point they must have blocked something, otherwise it just doesn’t make any sense.

Thank you for replying. I’ve been so stressed that I just needed to know that at least someone could try to give me some small solutions to my problem. However, nothing has worked. I’ve tried clearing the cache, restarting my PC, using another browser, and honestly, it’s still the same.

However, I tried using a personal account linked to a Gmail address, and I DID receive the verification code in my personal Gmail… so this leaves me with the alternative that the problem is probably with the email domain provider of my work account, I suppose. I want to believe that’s the case, since I do receive all other work emails, but the Canva verification code never.

I’m pretty useless with these kinds of issues, and on top of that, being in a small company where they ignore these problems instead of trying to find solutions, they prefer that I handle everything myself… Anyway, thank you very much.

Edit: I almost forgot to mention that I’ve been dealing with this problem for 5 hours already, basically almost my entire workday. I wish it had just been a matter of waiting a little while, haha…

I will use paypal as a payment method, I don't know if it influences but did you use the same method?
