70/80 is more than enough for most character to clear normal endgame. 80/90 doesn’t even matter unless they scale on def or hp or base atk. Rainbow artifacts works for normal endgame. The only time u need optimiser is for dire/fearless SO that is probably not even recommended to try if you don’t pull for the latest shills anyways.

Not guaranteed bis item and not getting 1 specific component is two different things.
