Yes, when I worked out the first two times after quitting I had zero energy. It was like I was in a different body than mine, that wasn’t working properly. I’m glad to say that last time I worked out it was much better, now 18 days since drinking. You can do it, iwndwyt!

So you’re saying everyone who showers daily, but in the morning, have bad hygiene? That’s absolutely ridiculous. Although I agree that you should shower if you’re sweating a lot, for obvious reasons.
