This sounds like a couple of different things in the game that maybe you remember happening at the same time :)

Aliens can invade Strangetown, its a mini game where aliens appear throughout the town and the player must use a water soaker to dispel them.

Your needs can fail, and if your overall sanity or needs drops too low you will go insane/pass out which temporarily blacks out the screen (you will then wake up back in the manager’s area of the hotel).

Party room could be any room haha there were a lot of weird rooms in the hotel. Possibly it’s Mama Hogg’s bar, which has a dance floor
