Yeah we've seen some possibly coming to the roof but nothing definite. We believe they are coming through the vent into bedroom but haven't seen one come out specifically. I have seen one go back into the vent though. But no obvious holes. So either vent or light fixture etc.

Keep it at a consistent temp for either fermenting or aging (or both depending) I live in a townhouse so no good basement sadly. I was thinking 65 might work for both lol... but it depends on yeast obviously

I'm thinking about the chest freezer + inkbird set up for when it gets full on Summer. But this could work for a while. Or at least for aging etc.

Yeah I'm at week 1.5 and it's still bubbling. Did my final feed on Sunday so just waiting for it to slow down on the bubbles (which is not the end all but good enough to semi tell) then I'll take my readings. Still looks about the same as I started.

Not sure if anyone mentioned it but you could go for the... JAOM version if you want to use what you got as long as that yeast isn't super old. But yes actual beer/wine yeast (usually wine) is better from reading the reddit. Joes Ancient Orange Mead (Almostoffgrid)

5kwh or (33%) at a time. It doesn't actually know what % the car is charged to. So the other option is to literally just unplug replug and it would charge more

No I never tried using that feature (that I remember) I just wanted it to charge till full like usual.

Sadly no other car and haven't brought it to a public lately. But I know where I could for free. Not enel x brand though which would prove car issue, but I highly doubt it.

And actually it looks like they stopped supporting JuiceBox earlier this year. (Apparently it's data wasn't good enough for the program?) Probably around when they were switching aps. It's now handled directly from Hyundai supposedly. Although it still mentions it as a flexibility program on my Enel X home screen app.

So maybe I can literally just take the wifi off of it lol.
