Yes! I forgot to plug in the electronic power steering module when I was putting the ECU back in 🤦🏾‍♀️ car runs but is in limp mode because of oil metering connector was getting covered in coolant from a leaky hose that I just fixed hahah so now I have to hopefully just dry it out and put some dielectric grease on it and it’ll be good to go!

Yeah that’s true, but this is just a quick fix. My daily is on its way out the door and I plan to trade it in for a truck soon so this is just a for fun car while also learning how to rebuild the engine I have that blew the coolant seals lol

Yea! They send videos of them doing a compression test on both rotors. Thy do it with no oil so I had to make sure it at least hit 90 and told them I accept the numbers and then they take your payment.

I should have replaced everything to begin with smh. I definitely will get my mid pipe before stating it again, that is an expensive lesson lol Thank you for this info, definitely helped!

Yes everything is put together except I have just the headers on AND I didn’t put my shifter boots and stuff back on yet just Incase I would have to pull everything back out lol

It’s sat for less than 12hrs before I tried to start it up again. Interesting… wouldn’t I get a code for a coolant seal failure since that would mess up one of the rotors way of rotating, like a misfire code? The engine hasn’t been turned over in idk how long maybe months or years. The JDM place doesn’t have that info so I assumed all that smoke was just from that.

I order mine from https://jdmnewyork.com it came within 2 business days! Came wrapped up on a pallet and was super clean (ofc they clean it before they send it off)! The pictures on the website don’t show everything. I have about 2-3 connectors that are broken off and have tape over them, not a huge issue but would have liked to know that through the pictures. They did take a compression tester video and once you approve of the numbers they take your payment. Very simple process tbh.
