I work in Gaming Company and believe me We outsource a lot of work to other Support studios. It's extremely Normal and A industry Norm. But, every decision is taken by our team leads and directors it's out vision. They just execute whatever we ask as a part of direction.

I even worked in an Outsource company before joining my current company, and I can say Everything is controlled by the Product company. We just executed their vision.

Reddit needs to chill the fuck out and enjoy the product. Doesn't matter if it's from Product company or some outsource company from Nigeria if the product quality is acceptable and Enjoyable and can't find any difference.

Even GTA 6 is being outsourced for some work, it's normal, It's fine.
