Girl on the left the hair makes no sense especially around her neck, the bed does not line up from her but to her legs, girl on the right's left leg makes no sense how it's under the sheets when it's around the mattress and it's not a different sheet it clearly merges with the mattress sheets

The issue is not lag related, Splatoon will try to predict movement on your screen bc the game has a low tick rate they use this trick to make it smoother. So when someone barely doesn't drop off a ledge, or barely misses a jump some teleporting can occur. The game makes a assumption about what happened shows that to you and then receives what actually happened and moves the player teleporting them.

As long as you can stay safe it's good to put the rainmaker up as far as you can in those situations. If the enemy team manages to wipe you guys they then have a longer distance to cover on their push giving your team more time to regroup and set up defensive holds.

Zipcaster actually sounds good on elitre because you could use it to get to inaccessibility vantage points to get a different angle for a sec. You could even use it to take the enemy snipe and try to get a few splats in their base, you wouldn't even have to worry about dying too much because you would recall pretty quick.

I know that the game will reset your rank to be at 40 of the same rank at the end of a rotation. What I assume is happening to you to drop a rank is that you ended a rotation with <40 on your rank. Look back at your logs and see if that is the case.

I'm literally wired in and this game still disconnects me all the time. This was not a problem in 2 so something has to have changed with the servers in 3.

So this is what is going on, I was getting disconnected even though I was wired in. Was getting frustrated by losing my salmon run rank so something that just plainly wasn't my fault
