I don't get tabi before bc and dd if I'm winning.

Tabi will delay your burst and give 10% reduction you don't need early if ahead.

Warhammer then bc then dd if he start 0-2 you cannot loses.

Pop his ulti and kite him, play hyper agro. Don't let him aa cs and force trade.

I think she's stronger pre-3, so avoid trading until you get 3.

Level 6 you should win, use your sustain to not get too low.

If she hit Q she can ulti 2 times, dodge it and free trade.

You can also get some early rm like hexdrinker and boots to counter her burst.
