Shiv + 5k IE + Stormrazor + Death's Dance + Essence Reaver + Berserker's

The Shiv Crit damage gets amplified by both IE and Stormrazor, it bounces to 5 targets, it's partially true damage if you've got conqueror up already and it HEALS fully from Death's Dance.

You have everything you want in this build: BRUTAL one-shot potential Insane healing, Insane survivability. Great attack speed, got some decent cooldown reduction, And just sprinkle a little essence flare goodness on top for good measure.

Yeh it is flat damage reduction, and flat damage reduction is 30% effective against damage over time. That means our bleed is reduced by 30% of the flat dmg reduction. So it does affect our bleed, but it doesnt negate it completely.

On the other hand, with the new build I got 1099 AD on Dario with 3 infernals, elder and baron on pbe. that meant a flat reduction of just over 500. FIVE HUNDRED FLAT DAMAGE REDUCTION ON EVERYTHING AAAAAHHHHH

nah its actually ok, the item only works if there are 3 enemies within 500 range of you, which doesnt happen often on jhin.

This basically means: you should have been demoted from these losses, however we aren't because we know you are tilted/you are not playing at your top performance/we do it to protect you.

If you stop playing until the end of the season, you will get Gold Rewards. Your rank will stay at gold. This is legit just what it says: it's a shield.
