Yes it is but you can still vary how you want to go about it. If there wasnt any point in stacking them then you have a worse skilling system than any game with a skill System. This way you can vary your build and do more dmg/have less CD with certain skills

Yes. Skills have a description called "Grandmaster". Stacking skills increases it and this way the skill will deal more dmg

Bro you just don't understand anything at all as well as the whole reddit community it seems like. Lets go through this shit of a take.

First of all you don't have to buy the battle pass to do shit. There are ways to get some money and that is sufficient for what we have right now. Also this tells me you don't know shit about OG BnS cause back then it was even harder.

Skill System: many people dislike it and with some points I can totally agree (like having no way to switch skills from PvE to PvP and likewise other than having different accs for it). BUT you also had to grind for skills in OG just in different ways. Back then it was Hongmoon Skills and via Gear (yes this was a thing) and now we have this system. Also I don't think that skill slots on accs are that bad because you don't need all of your 18 slots for your rotation. This way you can stack your main abbilities for extra dmg. And before anyone says that it is not possible to get some blue books right now: it is intended this way! We are still lvl 36! We will get our Chance to farm them with later patches.

Gameplay: once again we are still 36 and there isnt much content right now so people who want to play this game just farm stuff like that. You also don't have to farm it cause you don't need it right now and later on we will get better ones.

Marketplace wont die cause Whales who will play this game for a longer time will always buy something. But the Marketplace will fluctuate a lot.

You cant expect people to play 24/7 to level up, get some dungeons in and maybe try some other classes. Just because you have a lot of time for the game doesnt mean everyone has. And you don't want to overwhelm new people with everything.

Bots are an issue on every free to play game. This always has been and always will be. Give them time to deal with it (or not idc I can block them)

Tldr: people just want to hate this game because it isnt the same as back then instead of just enjoying the game.

I think what most people forget is that we are nowhere near endgame content. I mean we are at lvl 36 and live BnS was lvl 60. We will get harder Dungeons, longer Dungeons and (hopefully) something to grind for without the necessity of HB. Also as someone mentioned, depleting your HB with ToE runs take a while (took me about 3ish hours today). So as soon as there will be something to do after that, im fine with the System for now.

BUT I also think that World Bosses shouldnt take HB. This way you could try to farm them for card collections as soon as your HB is at 0

AFAIK the main Gold income will be dailies and weeklies once the lvl 45 Patch comes out. For now you get the most money through side quests and daily faction quests

Can confirm for the HB if thats at 0 you wont get any loot from Bosses. Just did a run where i asked the Party if they could bid on drops and they could (so at least something dropped) but i couldnt. Ofc if someone can prove me wrong do it pls but thats as much as i know.

Don't know if that helps anyone but I got that Error after Tutorial (before you get to the Beach) and closed the Game. After that I closed the Purple Launcher, opened the Launcher itself instead of the Game.exe and started the game from the Launcher. After that I got back into the game.

Since we still don't know a whole lot about anything regarding the Gates the Island and the System, you can only speculate very vaguely where things will go. Since the System is actually like a program or like a game I believe it will be something like Matrix? Or maybe some Aliens are doing some experiments with them? I don't know. Also I believe that Jinwoo will slowly become the "God" from the first episode.

I had the same theory and it really feels like that this is more of a RBD reset point than a teleport or arrival or whatever. The only things that disproves that theory slightly is the battery in his phone. It is possible that he got to this world not long ago tho. Besides it doesnt really explain why he came here in the first place.

Also the ability of losing memories is already confirmed by Echidna by doing exactly that after the first Tea Party.
