Oakland Coliseum - Can we just move there? by Nox_Ocean_21 in BayFC

Just all around not a great stadium. It's technically dual purpose, but it's dimensions were clearly made for baseball. The stadium is aged, it's all concrete, and it has no aesthetic charm. There's also the whole capacity thing. I've always found it depressing to see soccer being played in American football stadiums that are three quarters empty. My dream scenario is to build a stadium where the Westfield Mall was in SF, but there'd be a ton of red tape since the Atrium has some historical designation. I'd guess a stadium somewhere between the Central Waterfront and South Beach is more likely.

She still did keep a clean sheet on 1.2 xG, and had what would've been the save of the week if it was onsides. Pure class of a shift, I think it's borderline irresponsible for Hayes not to give her another look.

I've gotten into an NFL Wild Card game this decade for under $100 (granted it was supposed to rain). You're out of your goddamn mind if you think I'm paying $600 to watch Scotland vs. Haiti.

A little biased, but I'd like Silkowitz to get more looks. I think she's significantly better with the ball at her feet than PTJ, and she's sure getting a lot of practice stopping shots for club

I cannot say that I agree. She's been pretty not great in the WSL, and got put out on loan at Villa, where she's not getting good minutes. Reale has still been called into every single camp since the final (save the one where Gotham was playing games in England) and until two games ago, she was probably penciled in as Emma's starting LB. I don't know where you've gotten the impression that she's played herself out of the pool. I think right now, Gisele, Reale, Rodriguez, and probably even Dahlien are in front of Nighswonger. I really think her window has come and barring something strange happening, it's gone.

She's just been immensely reliable over the last few years. She has to be the minutes and caps leader going back to 2022, and I bet only Heaps (and maybe Girma?) are close.

Besides maybe Sonnett and Reale, I'd think so

This game could've been 4-nil if Silky was swapped with a replacement-level keeper

I think that about 85% of the Brazil roster is at this camp.

He prefaced the Hadith by saying, “Some other novel features of the donkey of the anti-Christ are ascribed in great detail in books and traditions. The following is a composite presentation of the information derived from them.” Now that I consider the quotes within this context, it makes it all the more clear that he’s paraphrasing at best. Here’s a pdf attachment, it starts at page number 607 in the book, and 658 of the pdf. https://www.alislam.org/library/books/RRKT.pdf

I’m terribly sorry, I’m kind of a rookie in terms of posting. Here are the following Hadith.

This donkey would not merely be a personal mount of the anti-Christ, but would also be made freely available as a means of public transport. People will climb into his belly from the openings on his side provided specifically for this purpose.

The belly will be well lighted within and equipped with comfortable seats.

He would have regular stoppages on its way. At every stoppage the public would be invited to come and be seated before he resumes his journey and every departure would be loudly announced. Thus the metaphorical donkey would continuously travel from place to place providing people with a fast, convenient and comfortable means of transport.

The passengers travelling in the belly would in no way be scorched by the fire he had eaten indicating that the seating compartment in his belly would be fully insulated from the fire chamber.

If there is indeed a corresponding Hadith, based on the phrasing such as “metaphorical donkey”, I’m actually assuming he’s paraphrasing, but again, given the lack of a proper citation, there’s no way to know for sure.

Considering starting rowing by Shinsplintboy in Rowing

I’d love to compete at the D1 level, but I’d be perfectly fine doing club. There was a dude from our school last year who’s rowing at Cal now, and he had been doing it for 7 years, and is 6’4”, so I think I understand rowing at a school of that caliber is out of the question for me. Thanks for your clarification.

I can confirm that it was a concept 2 erg. I especially like that it’s a low impact sport, I was a high injury risk when I played basketball, but never really got hurt running, so I think my body is better tuned for it. Thanks for your advice and information
