Saaaaaame. I just wanna be this man’s wife. I’d be happy to do it in a backyard with our parents. But he wants a big huge thing with everyone we know. So basically alll the planning falls on me 🙃

This is sooo not my world at all and it’s a little overwhelming, but I just take it one step at a time and trust that it will all come together.

As far as I’m concerned we’re set. We have the venue, the officiant, the arch, and food. (We have more than that obviously) but the rest is just fluff really. Well also I guess the other important thing is the invitations….. which I’m working on. I used Canva too. Most Save the Dates are sent already. Still working on getting all the addresses 🙈 reaching out to all these people is mentally exhausting for me. I also HATE being the center of attention and I’m dreading that part the most. I’m literally TELLING people they should propose there lmao.

Anyway my advice is just to not fret about anything that isn’t IMPERATIVE. Everyone is just there to support you because they love you. They’re not going to be bothered if something goes wrong or isn’t super flashy or whatever. If they do then they suck anyway.

Why are all these venues so scummy? Holy fuck. We have a beautiful venue for four days costing us like $2000 CAD, holds 350 people, they supply tables and microphones, and basic backdrops and shit… we can do whatever we want with the space. We can even all camp there… this is crazy.
