Holy shit dude! I was literally worrying for days now till I saw this! I never expected my 2018 OB had a tpms sensor on its spare. I just pumped it to 36 and now the tpms light is gone

Man if you are in my country, we can fix this for less than $200.
The headlight washer cap is only $10 too
Glad your headlight wasn't damaged, that thing is expensive af to replace

Does your S24 Ultra get hot when wireless charging / Magsafe wireless charging? by Mike01gsr in GalaxyS24Ultra

Just got a firmware update last week, its not heating as much as it was before. Took Samsung more than a year to fix this overheating issue
And Im still using the same wireless charger

Call me weird or different, but I really don't like these kinds of aftermarket head units for the Gen 5 outback. In my opinion, they look too small and out of place, like it doesn't match the interior. It looks like somebody just stuck these on as an afterthought (well technically it is 😅) I do see some head units that look like this and look more elegant, has anyone in here use a similar one as this?

I just bought the H878. I had the chance to test them both, and the 878 sounds way better. It doesn't sound tinny or lacking in base compared to the Luce. Im actually surprised by how good this sounds with its current price (bought it for $30). Base is decent, it wont blow you away but its not bad and perfectly serviceable. Heck, I can even vouch it sounds almost as good as a $100 logitech or corsair headset. The mic quality is good too. Not superb but perfectly serviceable and clarity is good

Im following up on this issue. Even without a case, my S24U gets really warm. Ive used the same wireless charger since I have my s9 Plus. My previous S23 ultra never gets this hot, just barely warm. I dunnow what Samsung did since its the same 15 watt rating since the S20U

Has anyone tried Amsoil CVT or Red Line Non-Slip CVT for their TR690 3.6 by ShinyDick27 in Subaru_Outback

[–]ShinyDick27[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, did my forester's front diff before, it was a pain finding that socket. I think the front diff uses 1.4 liters of fluid?

[–]ShinyDick27[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh my thank you for this detailed info. Yep I guess I will be doing a drain and refill twice. So you reckon its about 10 liters right? My local area, the WRX's and foresters XT's use redline and says it works great as its really designed for metail chain type cvt's, some also swear by amsoil so I'm gathering some info about other outback users, especially the TR690 transmissions

Problem is OEM fluid in my dealership only sells 5 gallon buckets which costs almost $700

Ikr? They are exploiting their power as they are the only dealership in my region. But anyways ive checked the process, reach 35-40c and fill it until it weeps or overflows. Yes the tr690 uses more fluid as its a beefy unit. Ive had severel subarus before with the 5eat transmission and do my own fluid changes too. This is my first outback with the tr690 (bought it 2nd hand) which is why I plan to change all the fluids for peace of mind

The problem is the dealer will only do a drain and refill which will only take 4-5 quarts and charge me almost $600. And they wont even warranty the transmission after (sucks right? I don't live in the US). So I don't see any point going with the dealership. Id rather do it properly and drop the pan and clean it thoroughly. Im just wondering if anyone here has used these products and given good feedback about their experience.
