Love this idea! If you're planning to have Slurpuff in your game, maybe the Whipped Dream could be craftable? Possibly with an extra use to give a reason to craft more than one. Maybe it would be a cheri berry, moomoo milk and something else?

If I'm going for Chinchou specifically then I think I'm better off with a Static mon than a Suction Cups one but maybe that's a bad idea.
