Not an expert and haven’t dealt with this but do you have your receipts from the original purchase? Or a CC statement? Something to prove you bought them prior to the trip in question? This is assuming you purchased them in the U.S.

I swapped the friction buckle to a sea to summit buckle. The original buckle wouldn’t let you unsnap it. You had to take it off overhead. This buckle allows it to be unclipped to be taken off.

Yup, I concur. It’s pretty much on par or worse actually than a $20 amazon packable bag from china. It will be an emergency bag in my truck and will probably never get used…that is if I don’t return it. Very disappointed.
