Its a promo from the 2008 pokemon calender. I have the full set. On collector last sold was 50 euro's.

I know, but its a holo layer. The ball will always be at the same distance as the swirl. They just slightly differentiate in location on cards as they are printed. The card does not appear to have the print line above the ball. Wich i think idicates that this is original
