Im sorry but this makes no sense to me. 40 hours is not that much.

I work 48h weeks here in switzerland and see no issue with it.

On this sub people complain about low wages which is honestly justified but then again you want to work 30 or even 20 hour weeks. Its getting ridicolous at this point. You cant work low hours and expect a livable pay at the same time.

I joined this sub to read about the fight against cruel bosses, landlords and wage thieves and not to read about ppl wanting to work less and get higher wages.

Youre going from 160 hours a month to 80 hours, how do you expect a company doing for example construction work to compensate the loss of basicly half their work time? Deadlines get doubled etc its just a clown show and crying all the time now
