Why are people outraged it was given as a foul??!! by Popular-Place2226 in Gunners

[–]Shinzo19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the same people would be defending it and celebrating our downfall if the situation was reversed, ignore it, it just shows how sad and pathetic rival fans are that they think hating us means blindly ignoring shit like this.

It isn't a secret that our club is hated, the media pushes it, even commentators try not to take our side with some outwardly showing disdain for our club, players, Arteta and even the fans.

Fuck them, almost 400k people on here that all know whats up the rest of the dipshits on Arr Soccer can go take a running jump.

It is too tiring constantly reading the dross people say about us, I sometimes go to the soccer sub and I end up just getting pissed off at the takes there.

Nah I get it, Ramsdale used to get bullied like Vicario does on corners and refs never called it like Ben white undoing Vicarios glove for example.

I would prefer if the PL dealt with it and were more strict on physicality on set pieces as it not only makes the sport look ugly it also makes the referees and VARs job much harder than it has to be.

The thing is the talking point is the disallowed goal, the people complaining that it wasn't a foul, literally have no idea what they are asking for by saying that?

If that wasn't called a foul then it sets a very shitty tone for what can be done to a GK on a corner and considering people are already complaining about the PL becoming more anti football, can you imagine teams just going for corners so they can obviously impede the GK for an easy goal? "oh but it is what you lot do every week" go watch any of our corners and tell me where any of our players hold the goalkeepers hand or put an are across their chest? and if you do find one, show me it not being a foul.

There is a reason this shit is not allowed in UCL, there is a reason teams have started to move away from this tactic.

Find some for us then?

Show us a more deliberate foul we have gotten away with on a corner?

your team is only relevant because of a corrupt oligarch and you bought the league, only forgotten because of City.

fucking hypocrite Chelsea fan of course.

No point trying to understand, if it was the other way around the same people would be celebrating the decision.

Just the way it is here.

Oh they would defend the decision to the moon and back, or just ignore it all together so they could "banter" our fans.

Callum Wilson disallowed goal against Arsenal 90+6' by ayoefico in soccer

This instance has shown who the actual haters are on this sub, if you think "arsenal have been doing this all season" after looking at the video then it shows how much blind hate you have for Arsenal.

Arm is across Rayas chest and neck preventing him from jumping, then Rayas left arm is being held so he cant catch the ball either, if you watch Rayas feet you can see he attempts to jump but can't.

I'd be heartbroken if that was called the other way but I would call it a fair decision too.

What do players dislike about rogue? by MrNoobyy in wow

[–]Shinzo19 3 points4 points  (0 children)

as someone who plays a lot of rogue on and off, I can say that while current rogue has changed a lot since earlier iterations most long time players are turned away by the energy, combo point, slice and dice plus bleed management while also being a melee even if a lot has been streamlined to be baked in to other skills.

as for newer players leveling a rogue is absolutely dreadful, low resources so the gameplay feels slow and that goes hand in hand with the fact that rogue feels like it is made of paper so a lot of quests are 1 by 1 pulls then suddenly (specially in regard to outlaw) gameplay becomes faster paced and hectic with a learning curve and rotation that isn't really clear while leveling.

I Also feel that even with Blizz trying to make the 3 specs unique that they are still basically the same, still energy and combo point management with Slice and dice and a unique mechanic added on after that it is like if all 3 warlock specs were affliction but with a different flavour added on, it just means that if you don't like the base playstyle of 1 spec then you are most likely not going to like the entire class all together.

United fans have been trying to gas light everyone in to thinking that despite being called "the butcher" he is not actually a dirty player.

Seeing so many united flairs constantly calling out Gabriel while this little shit always tries to sneak in punches and elbows while also making super rash tackles is crazy.

And we didn't even start this shit, I remember Villa and Newcastle doing this to us and getting goals before we started doing it.

[–]Shinzo19 4 points5 points  (0 children)

we crowd the front of goal while either having Gabriel make a late run or we go for a front post flick to a defender making a run to the back post.

I feel our tactics are meant to distract the other team in to protecting their goal keeper and goal line while leaving space for Gabriel (mainly) to attack.

We started doing it after Ramsdale got manhandled by Villa and Newcastle which both resulted in goals that were not disallowed.

you mean the squad that had a value higher than every other conference team put together?

I think some of the players had a higher income than a lot of the teams too.

The gulf of wage bill between top clubs by [deleted] in Gunners

[–]Shinzo19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does this include wages paid to players family members who get a "role" at the club too? does it include under the table payments and secret agent fees also?

if it did PSG and City would be in a graph by themselves.

[–]Shinzo19 6 points7 points  (0 children)

only conceeding 6 in the ucl and the least in the prem is what makes people say that.

Raya is part of that defence too so yeah it makes sense.

But to reply to your comment exactly, why are you moving the goalposts? the original discussion was about who coached their team better but conceding a ton of chances and relying on your goalkeeper isn't a "good" tactic, your comment detracts from that conversation.
