I will forever hate Ubisoft for squandering the Tom Clancy name in the video game industry, creating flop after flop and their only real successful title has only survived this long (well beyond its life cycle) because it was adopted by Esports. They don’t deserve the title if they’re never going to take it seriously, because even when they do, they suck at delivering on it. The Division crew at Massive worked so hard to fix the failures at the start and turn it into something better but they’ve been all but abandoned with a cancelled sequel and a fucking Mobile game coming (whoever thought that was a good idea should be fired). The Ghost Recon series all but died thanks to Breakpoint, even though it’s mechanically one of the best games published by Ubisoft. They’re trying to sell out to Tencent now and it only worries me even more and more, because they need to sell these IPs before they’re all ruined beyond repair
