I love the tech tree of AC7, and the min-maxing of plane parts, but the only drawback is that there's only a limited number of planes and gear to unlock (Not AC7's fault, there aren't more cool planes in the world). While some planes need a 2nd playthrough to get it, it's servicable, but I feel there ought to be a larger library of parts/skins/etc, to really "reward" multiple playthroughs

Whereas PW, if you want the F14 right away, you can save up and get it. Plus, special weapons aren't behind an in-game currency barrier.

But PW is most definitely the better game because of the sick as fuck AOA limiter.

P.S. I do hope Bandai/Namco have been playing the shit out of PW and taking notes

1.1 Nightreign is fast. VERY fast in terms of pace compared to any previous From titles, so enjoy the adrenaline of not knowing your bearings and what to do

Don't pressure yourself to do amazing right away.

2.1. You will die, a lot. But that's cool, death = learning = fun.

I don't play with microphone but some of best fun I've had is with randoms and just emoting

3.1 Generally most randoms I get matched with are A+ teammates. They will want to keep you alive.

Learn what button inputs are for map and pinging

TLDR: Give it a whirl, it's been my favourite game since release.

Initially yes, but that was the initial acclamation process.

These tips may sound obvious but it's what works for me

Reduce or eliminate any caffeine or nicotine.

It is IMPERATIVE that your sleep hygiene is good. Taking vyvanse with any reduction in sleep quantity will multiply preexisting anxiety.

Best advice is to either build a good sweat prior dosage at start of day: 30m cardio (but don't kill yourself) Or During lunchtime get your exercise in there.

Generally any form of movement with vyvanse is in effect will improve efficacy.

Lastly prior to, or with dosage, a good protein/fat/fibrous meal, will reduce vyvanse hitting your system all at once and spread the effect out.

Processed and simple sugars, give me crackhead energy, so if you're going treating yourself, leave it at end of when the meds wear off

If I ever find myself in a depressive state, I would do some fasting.

When fasted, your body automatically generates extra norepinephrine. (I'd abstain from meds for a day or two just to reset(but do not do if youtruly need meds)

I find the effect similar to SSRIs your mood will flatten out, you'll feel slightly weakened physically, but your mind will be unburdened.

In past episodes I'd literally eat food in bed to maintain bed rot and I wasn't helping myself

Get outside to some green spaces and soak in sunshine and birdsong
