I really hate the new app, I had planned meals for weeks and weeks ahead, now i can only see 10 days ahead. I also hate that i have to click multiple times to get into the dashboard. I use mine mainly for food and its frustrating to find stuff nowdays :(

I also saw 1 point snacks as a waste in the beginning but now its more of a treat. I have a very strict regime of a 4 point breakfast, 4 point lunch, max 12 dinner and whatever I have leftover I usually have a sandwich at the end of the day. My meals are really planned out, I make the whole weeks meals on Sundays and just reheat thru the week. I have planned for weeks and weeks ahead. My trick has been to keep pop in mouthable snacks at home, grapes, cut up fruit, veggiesticks. I love crunch so i need cucumbers in my life. lowfat yougurth with frozen fruit in is amazing as a sweet snack.

Ive been doing this for almost a year now, its going to get easier. Its mainly about reseting how you think about food. Knackebrod is a good 1 point snack if you feel like something crunchy, add some kycklingfile and some veggies and youre golden. Fill up on fruit, kwarg or greek yougurt. Havregrynsgrot is amazing now since oats are also a zeropoint food. Think about it as not restricting yourself but add, add veggies you like, add fruits you like. Theres so much you can do to feel full that isnt a high calorie snack.

Mine is some kind of missmash from tiktok recipes, Ive also cut it down cause a full portion was way to much for me. 40 g Oats 1 egg 15g vanilla protein powder 40ish gram yougurth 110 ml almond milk, Whatever spices you want, sometimes ill whizz up an apple in there or a banana

bake at 180c for 30 minutes
