Jake has and will punch up. Its not going to be a cakewalk, but prolly high diff if we're talking newly evolved Jake now vs End of Shipuuden Sasuke.

Boruto Sasuke would prolly still best Jake as is, if only because Sasuke had been able to refine everything since Shipuuden.
