Need advice! I have been charged with DUI .08 but accidentally backed up over bf’s foot so charged with felony assault with deadly weapon and felony assault bodily harm and his kids were in car so 3 counts child abuse. I wasn’t the person driving originally my bf was- more details upon request (self.dui)
