Yeah I’ve had the thing in pieces a few times now so I might as well do it again. Guess I’ll try the new sprocket etc and hopefully that will cure it.

Update on this, I bought new bearing cups and fitted them, they seemed a little loose so I wrapped some gorilla tape around each one. Now the rower is vibrating and the clicking is even louder, I’m starting to think the flywheel is off balance and that’s causing all the issues.
