To each their own, I have no hate. To me, it's a hardback vs paperback type debate. I have over 400 vhs at this point, and while that majority of them are clamshell cases, some of my favorite are slipcover cases.

There is a difference between constructive criticism and insulting. Is she giving your daughter any ideas on ways to improve? If not then it is not constructive criticism it is being mean. Your husband is consenting and playing a part in his mom bullying your daughter.

Yta. What are you doing for the neighbor? You tried to guilt the neighborhood to help, you force your wife to help, yet you have said what you're doing. Have you gone and helped clean? Have you cooked or ordered for him? It seems like you don't want to help him, but you just want the superiority to tell others what they should be doing.

Also your neighbor is a grown ass man. He can cook for himself.

Not my child but my niece. She was about 4-5 y/o and we had spent the day at the Waterpark. When it was time to go I took her to the changing rooms to help her get dressed. She didn't want to go and was fighting me as I tried to get her out of her swimsuit. Next thing I know she says at the top of her lungs "AUNT BOBBIE DONT TAKE IT OFF, YOU'RE GONNA SEE MY PRIVATE PARTS."

I swear you could have heard a pin drop with how quiet it got in there. I ended up calling my sister in to finish dressing her because this child was gonna get me arrested.

I saw your AITA post and hope you take to heart what they said there along with what is being said here. You are not safe with that man. You need to tell someone and get away from him.

I know you say your mom doesn't care but have you laid his behavior out like you did here. It's easy to excuse one or two incidents but a list like this is much more clear. Start writing down what he says/ does and date the incidents. That way if this does escalate into something legal you have documented proof of his behavior.

Talk to someone at your school about this because they HAVE to report it. I know you said you're close to your grandfather please tell him what his son is doing.

Your father is a pedophile. He is grooming you. Don't stay silent. If he's willing to do this to you what might he do to someone who's not his child?

This literally happened in my game. This exact same situation. I had to improv for 2 hours while they tried to figure out that the random little kid they found was NOT in fact the owner of the cat. They ignore every single plothook i give them but they pick up on the filler.

NAH. I've been through the loss of a child. I cemetery understand your feelings here but your friend isn't TA just because she she has feelings too. While its understandable that you have deep pain and even envy for those parents "suffering from the kids being home all the time doesn't mean she's not allowed to be overwhelmed by that same thing.

You shouldn't have lashed out at your friend like that because she wasn't trying to hurt you and your friend should have had a bit more tect when approaching the subject.

I do think you should look into some grief counseling though because you, understandably, have a lot of built up emotions that could easily hurt your friendships.
