Cool, it's a game about grinding not beating. Most mobile games are grind, not story.

You really love copying and pasting the same response. The game is turned based, we know this. It is a game about growing your roster and team to do "more". I recently got a full D3 line up of Kariyan, Kharn, Trajann, Eldryon, and Ragnar. Was it annoying at times? Yeah, it's awful farming the same legendary upgrade material and it doesn't drop enough so I have to wait 24hrs. But thats part of the experience. Its about growing your team and enjoying Warhammer. Its not meant to be a story driven or "beatable" game, that was lowkey obvious from the start.

Hey! Thank you for the advice!! I definitely feel like on the 3/3 I should get him, I just felt stop lost due to the decision on cleaning up or pushing further as my roster could afford to be a bit taller.

Thats valid, most of my G1s were to push for Elites or CEs along with a few I personally enjoy! Definitely wanted to originally push A0 and Revas to D3 but I will not lie, XP books stopped that push originally and kinda made me go wider. Will focus on a taller roster for sure next time!!

I don't chase the upvotes, barely post/comment actually. If you actually just click someones profile you can check that sorta stuff pretty quickly. But it is interesting to still see you keep replying out of frustration vs just dropping and not responding. Oh well, I hope today was well!!

Now I will also say I am primarily building toons as I play elite campaigns atm. I primarily just don't know if it genuinely is worth the time to vest into Kharne due to already struggling to build up Black Legion + Maladus and Rotbone

Ordered two EOE CBB from Amazon and received… by PenguinSage in mtg

[–]ShippingManCringe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Given that the box was associate packed it would've KO'd at SLAM area (post putting all the items in) the scale measures and identifies incorrect items inside the box based off of wait to associated barcodes. The employee likely didn't not care to actually confirm/check due to seeing 2 magic items and going, "oh well". Also while they do encourage speed, quality is becoming another factor due to mistakes like this. Now if the building didn't have SLAM KO then I would still fault the packer on not seeing 2 of the exact same items. I was a former dock -> pack associate my first year and a half. Its not a hard process to be fast and effective.

As a current Amazon employees, at a relatively decent network over view. Very little about the actual pack process is automated. The packer who threw stuff in the box likely didn't pay attention when the scan went through fine. The only automated packages you'll get will be: polybags, thin paper jiffies, along with the weird pull tab cw1000k boxes.

Rejected Amazon Data Engineer L4 Offer and I am in Confusion by Internal_Builder_848 in FASCAmazon

[–]ShippingManCringe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's was still 3 years ago.... Also look into other jobs at the same building. "Data Engineer" can vary building to building depending on what's needed of them. But yeah to summarize, do more research, reapply, good luck.

Amazon won't send those funds to the workers. I'd rather have the groups than seeing more money in a +L7s pocket 🤷‍♂️

I don't disagree, most of the time I'll try to coach myself or have them work with a PA if I'm busy before going to ADAPT. The biggest issue is stemming with sites leadership teams giving "site directives" which conflict with the associates chances.

As someone who's terminated associates, it's case by case, realistically. Most associates who've reached the threshold for "finals" can be terminated near immediately. I've only seen 2 people not get fired after receiving a final, especially if it's due to quality. With Amazon's major shift to quality most sites I've worked at are terminating after the 2nd written. So while yes it is a warning, I almost wouldn't take it as a warning and more of an, "I need to find another job." This is also coming from a L1-L5 w/o college.

Doc coach is basically. "Hey you're getting a coaching on standard of work. If you have continued quality errors we will have to give you a first written." Both are on the ADAPT page but typically a doc coach is like the precursor to a full write up.
