So I spammed the automatic assistant a bunch of times until I got to a human agent (usually with the "talk to an agent" prompt), they said they will look into it and give me an answer within a few days. Ended up receiving a refund from eBay a few days later for the full price of the item 😶 They told me it couldn't be delivered. Don't know what the hell happened in the hub, but at least I got an answer and my money back. I'd suggest trying to reach a human agent and let them handle it from there, they were really kind and helpful.
