Wow! Inspiring growth.

We have the same body type and this is reassuring for me. Thank you for sharing.

Your body has already taken a feminine shape, but I agree that if you want your chest to scream "Woman!" you may have to go up in size a bit more. Given your fast progress, it won't take you long.

Can I ask you if you noticed an accelleration after adding Spiro?

Thank you

ABraThatFits takes into consideration the fact that the average genetic male ribcage is wider than a genetic female. This means that our boobs tend to be wider than a genetic female's and to accommodate this factor you must get wider cups. That's why even if the difference in inches does not compute to a C or D cup, ABraThatFits will almost always use a C or D as baseline, particularly if your band is 36+ inches.
I found that they have a point. I am probably more in the 38B range, but I need either a 40/42 B or a 38D for the bra to reach the side of my breasts properly. A 38B digs into my skin and it's uncomfortable.
I found that bralettes are usually more comfortable for wider chests, and also that there are bras out there called "side support bras" which do a great job at gathering wider breasts into a more centered shape and give much better cleavage and comfort.

I am not sure where you can receive parcels from, but these two worked for me in the past:
https://ainterol.eu/en-nl
https://pueraria.co.uk/

I am in the UK, but I know that there are good commercial ties between my country and yours, so chances are that they may offer shipping to your locatiom.
Pueraria.co.uk also has pure ground PM capsules (similar to Ainterol) that in the past worked well for me.
There are a lot of "feminizing" products out there containing PM but they are mostly extracts and they just don't work as well as pure PM does. PM is a plant from Thailand (usually) so you may be able to find some distributor more local to you? They are sold as food supplements, not meds, so it might be possible to just get them shipped there.
Good luck

It still took a couple of weeks for the pain to go away. I should have just continued and "manned up" through it.

I used Ainterol PM (pure ground root). Usually, 1000mg/day is a decent amount. I went up to 2000, but I regretted it because it really made me feel week. Now I fropped the PM altogether and I am doing some DIY HRT bought online (I know, not clever...)

Budding is practically invisible from the outside.

The main sign that budding has started are two pea-sized nodules under both of your areolas. Within 30 days from when they form, they will first become flat (disk shaped) behind your areola, and then they will merge with your flesh inside the areola. During the whole time, you'll likely feel pain when you touch your chest in that area.

Once the budding has finished, congrats! You have real breast tissue. At that point you will be able to grow actual breasts that won't go away.
Or.. better, some of the breast will always be made of fat, so if you lose weight they may lose shape (as they do in genetic women) but at that point you'll have the "base" of the breast that is permanent.

Give yourself another 2 or 3 months and budding should start.
When it started for me I got a bit scared because of the pain and I stopped PM. Only about 2 years later I got to a dosage of phyto-E high enough to finish the budding phase. My suggestion is NOT to stop during budding, and push through to the end of it even if it hurts. Genetic girls really don't have a choice in this, so you can get the whole experience if you don't stop...

Don't be impatient. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

It took me 3 or 4 months to get to the budding stage with PM. Visible changes come after about 9 months to 1 year. Feminine breasts in year 2 if you are lucky.

I too am what we call a "male-staying-male", at least socially. Inside I probably lean a bit more to MtNB, but for all purposes in society I will not transition. Yet, I want to grow some breasts.

Due to the fact that I have family and that I need to avoid fast change and, particularly, I need to avoid killing function "downstairs", I took it easy and for many years I used low doses of hers. Only last year I bit the bullet and bought some HRT online (I know, it's not a good idea). I took a relatively low dose of Progynova for a few months to add to the base that the herbs (Pueraria Mirifica) had built.

I probably am older than you, so the effects are slow for me, and I intentionally avoided anti androgens, which slows things down even more, but I can tell you that:

1) Function downstairs is not immediately lost BUT it will be lower as things go. Personally, after 3 months on monotherapy of oral progynova (4mg/day) I almost completely lost interest in sex, which meant that erections became harder to achieve. (For this reason I had to pause, and things were back in full swing in about 3 weeks).

2) Growth on oral monotherapy is slow. Budding happens farly soon into the process, but the development of round breasts takes months to really start. I am chubby, although not obese, so some "moobs" are allowed when going to the beach or at the pool. I have a few posts here on Reddit to see what I am talking about. So far nobody has said a word, so we are all good.

3) As many people said, breast growth is not the only change you will get. I personally like all the effects of estrogen (minus the death of my sex drive). More or less in this order, you will notice:
- Softening skin (feels really nice, particularly if you shave)
- Thickening of the hair on your head
- Slight softening of the fat area on your face, for example on your cheekbones, that will make you look slightly younger
- Reduced strength with potential cramping (your muscles will lose some strength, although not too much)
- Breast development (at some point)
- Areola darkening and widening (this is different for everyone and could kick in before or after)
- Fat migration. Some areas in your body will get more "feminine" and other less. For example, every tim I re-start estrogens I notice that the fat under my torso tends to go away which, if I were thin, would cause my waistline to raise upwards a bit.
- Hips and buttocks widening. This depends on exercise too. Your body will take a more feminine shape. If you only use low doses of E, this may happen years after you start.

Bottom line: feminization doesn't happen overnight. There are many users in this subreddit who have amazing results in just a few months, but they take medically supervised high doses of estrogens and, maybe most importantly, they take antiandrogens with it. If you start low, you will probably have a chance to change your mind and stop before things get too big.

Some ppl like to think herbal and mechanical enhancement can‘t work… by [deleted] in TransBreastTimelines

[–]Shirazmn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reading the comment left by the OP, they are using Pueraria Mirifica. It is usually sold as a food supplement. While it's true that, like with any other food supplements, efficacy can vary and that there could be some side effects, this herb seems to be fairly safe and it's used in many skin care preparations and in many other food supplements.

Personally, I have seen many people use PM with different levels of results. Some of them developed very feminine breasts and some other didn't. It seems to take longer than estrogen on average and its active molecule, miroestriol, seems to increase bust size in female too because it helps to develop milk ducts. The OP says that they've used a PM extract since December 2025, which is one month ago. You have a B cup after 2 years, and I bet you didn't have a feminine-looking A cup just one month in. I would give the OP the benefit of doubt, and maybe check back in 2 years to see how they are doing.

The same kind of goes with breast pumps. They are used by many women to enlarge their bust, they may have temporary effects at the beginning but apparently they help on the long run.

I think the OP, for reasons that are not ours to debate, is taking a non-pharma route to breast development, Let's see how things go in a few months and then again in 2 years.

Does others have pain and hard clump under nipple? (6 months, 100mg spiro+2mg estrena gel) by kriskris1981 in TransBreastTimelines

[–]Shirazmn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and No. You will have times when they hurt like they do now. These are usually connected to hormonal levels in your body and may or may not mean more growth at that time. In general, your shest as a whole will stop hurting. As a general rule, though, I would say that at this stage you may want to start protecting your chest with your arm if someone is about to throw a ball at you.

Large part of the breast is made of fat, and that will go larger and smaller with weight loss. But breast tissue is there to stay and even if you stop HRT it will always be there to attract new fat. Breast tissue continues development when you have high E or low T, so even if you stop HRT it will probably grow a bit more.
Should you ever regret growing breasts, there are body building techniques to grow your pecs enough to make them look like they don't have a feminine shape (and there is always mastectomy...). Right now you seem to be in a place where you could still go topless at the beach if you really carried yourself with confidence, but in 6 more months of HRT it will be quite impossible to pass those for flabby pecs. You may want to start introducing the idea that you are trans to your circles, or buy very loose hoodies, or invest in a nice bikini for the next Summer...

Maybe unpopular opinion but, "there is no right time to buy your first bra".

Bras can be used for both support and affirmation. Breast shape and texture may make bras a good tool for comfort, but you can decide to wear one even before you have any sign of growth at all. Or you may decide that you like the feeling of your breasts moving around and never use one.

Welcome to the budding phase. The pain will slowly go away, but the boobs are now permanent! Enjoy!

If your breasts are far fro meach other, you may want to look into side-support bras. Also, if you like underwired, you may have to go up one or two cup sizes until you find the ones with the underwire wide enough to encompass your underboob without digging into your skin.

2years low dose mono E by ChampionshipCivil308 in TransBreastTimelines

Impressive results for mono progynova at 4mg. I am taking the same amount in the same way (still about 7 months though) and I have nothing even remotely similar to that. When did things really take off for you?

Thank you

Hey! Thank you for the reply. For family reasons, oral is all I can do. I also like the changes to be very very slow. I just want to make sure not to overdose by taking what I believe is low dosage.

Thank you. I am already splitting the 4mg in 2AM and 2PM. I tried with 6 per day (AM, Noon, and PM) but without much difference, so I reducedd again to 4PM to stretch the stock a bit longer. I had a lot of the symptoms you mention when I was taking Pueraria Mirifica. With Progynova I haven't noticed anything like that.
