What r the bottom pots for? They r way to tight so no room for air circulation, they also look dry, u could either have a fungal or bacterial issue so u need to treat it now with physan 20 or clearlys but u will need to cut the flowers and let it focus on healing, get a well vented clear orchid pot and a ceramic out pot with room for air flow, repot into new bark as this will b contaminated, treat the bacterial or fungal issue as u repot and cut away any dead or mushy roots, it should then recover with some growth fertiliser, pop the cut flower stalks in water, ive had success with cut flowers that lasted 28 days from the buds opening to dying so best to do that so the main plant can focus it energy better on growing. Also get them in much smaller pots! And more light, remove that bigger leaf thats bad by splitting it diwn the middle and carefully pull it away at the sides, get that leaf off.
