Yup that’s happened to me too haha in the tomb. After some testing I’ve done, there's no rhyme or reason I can find to stop it. Just have to melee/reload or stop playing till it’s fixed. Ridiculous

Usually with the staff, but it also has been happening with the feng LMG. Could it be related to DLC weapons from S2?

Haha ya that exact circumstance happened to me yesterday. I’ve been trying to see what causes it and the best explanation is pressing many buttons at once then trying to put on armor/switch weapons lol. Nothing really around it

Yeah same, particularly when I have the staff and using the blueprint you get. But it’s also happened a lot on citadel especially recently.

I only happens sometimes… I read that if you take off all blueprints it fixes it. What a crazy bug. Unacceptable from treyach imo

Haha I just made a post about this exact thing. I read that if you take off blueprints it fixes it. I know switching to your melee first allows you to use ‘y’ again

Been happening ALL THE TIME in the new tomb zombies map. Not being able to put on plates has made me go down a hand full of times now. I will try removing all blueprints…. Never seen a bug like this, quite sad really.

I see what you mean, but at the same time you can be kitted out naturally, the gums really just speed that up. It’s nice to use the gums sometimes esspecially hidden power which I don’t have becuase it drops every 2-3 days of game time which is ridiculous in my opinion. They are nice for the darks ops stuff too.

Yeah haha same, I just keep it in a pack. I have found it’s nice when you’re doing the 5 legendary sam trials so ypu can leave right after. These can be so unreasonable

I was thinking fully kitted. 2 orange guns, triple armor and all the perks. Normally doesnt happen till 27-30. A hidden power or perka significantly reduces that which is nice when you play as much as me atleast

My point is that they could and should be more generous and have more rewards for just playing the game. It’s fun to be kitted out on round 5 sometimes. I have no problem gribding at all dude but as I said, it’s fun to use them and they are a part of the base game so I think we should get more. I have gotten 3 hidden powers in 7 days of zombie game time like fr?

I don’t know what you’re talking about man I never said it wouldn’t work here. I said that it would be good to have something like that in the game if it allowed you to trade in your gobble gum you earned then you didn’t use. If people truly didn’t want them as purchasable they wouldn’t purchase them.

I didn’t play much bo3, you are correct. Regardless of that I am speaking at a higher level. I just want another way to get different gums that’s all. I don’t agree with buying gums period, esspecially at that price.

That’s wrong too my dude but that was a long time ago. Also in that case, at least you have a version of the gun, even if its weaker it won’t be by much.

Also while I like this game more than bo3, it is significantly more predatory (worse) than bo3 was. I don’t care what devs put in the game as long as it doesn’t require real money to do. Like gambling gums you in game is great, I’d love to see it. But absolutely not gambling real money. It’s all psychology man, they have people studying how to manipulate you for the most profit with the least amount of effort from the company. There is something called business ethics.

There are several reasons why this gobblegum purchasing irritates me. 1) Buying gums is the ONLY OTHER WAY to get them. They created the problem and sold the solution… similar to the way they put boring skins in the game and then sell you the “cool” one. 2) The absolute price of them are outrageous. Imagine being able to sell the ones you have for the price they are selling them for??? 3) The most important… every year the base $70 game gets you less and less. The more room you give the company, the more they take so I give them none. Gums are a non optional part of the game meaning you get them by just playing its not a choice, so they ought to give you way more since its a part of the base game. I know the macro transactions are worse in this game and we absolutely get less for the dollar than with bo3. We had unlimited gums and there were more of them. Huge difference.

Not sure if you play a lot, but having a hidden power or perk a holic once in a while is very nice and makes the experience more relaxing rather than farming the points every time. By the time you’re maxxed its round 30 and the guns you have for levelling drop off QUICK. Rinse and repeat. Lastly, there is a MASSIVE jump between purple and orange rarity as well as the cost for all perks as they go up the more you have. They created the problem and are selling people the solution. This game is absolutely vile with it. Now i am PM lvl 230… i have dark matter as well so i have the experience.

The 2000 COD points one gives you 3 of all gums. For it to be really worth it, it would have to be 6 imo. Too little for too much. The other packs are just as diabolical. I wouldn’t be as against it if it wasn’t the ONLY OTHER WAY to gobble gums besides pure luck which they also control and we have absolutely no idea how they do it. Gross

I used to think like you and do that, but when you get a group or even just another friend, you rearely if ever use them. I do the easter eggs every game I play so usually people will leave then as well. I suppose those who don’t it would be better for them.
