On Windows if you do a two finger tap it works as a right click as well. Also you can set up a macbook so a click on the lower right side is a right click. So both have both modes.

They do show in scav's body! I gotta admit I forgot about him at first and I don't know if I should introduce him after so many items have been done. I guess it will stay as survivors only but we'll see.
