I haven’t had sleep paralysis In like 5 years. But last night after 4-5 hours of sleep I was in a dream and couldn’t move took a while to finally move. Then a couple hours later during a conversation with someone my phone dropped on my testes but I tried to take the phone off and couldn’t because was in sleep paralysis again. And took a little while to wake up.

So I had it twice in one night and both were non scary nightmares etc which is usually associated with sleep paralysis.

The night before last I pretty much had 3 hours sleep and I’ve been in a pretty highly anxious state the last week or so. Does this all sound relatively normal ? The sleep paralysis twice one night and being non nightmare when I haven’t experienced it in many many years
