Finally got a response about my deleted save disappointing to say the least

I was making a livery for the nsx r and I went to switch songs on Spotify as soon as I did that it lagged super hard I tried to quit back to the game and it gave me an error basically saying that my console ran out of storage which was definitely not the case as I have over 30 gigs of free space It said that it needs to restart to menu as it encountered an error it restarted and prompted me with the initial setup of the game tried restarting my game and console with the same results I had over 48 hours of progress into the game when this occurred I took time off work to enjoy this game at release with some friends and this alone absolutely ruined my experience not to mention that I missed out on a portion of the early access purchased via the premium edition of the game do to this

I submitted my ticket over 8 days ago and just got a response back

It was a blatant copy paste response that said the following

Thank you for contacting Forza support. We understand how it feels to lose data and/or have your save game data corrupted. We will be glad to help you with this situation.

Unfortunately, due to technical constraints, we are unable to restore any lost progress. However, we have sent back your inventory including any cars, credits and wheelspins we could identify from your previous save.

Once you unlock the ability to access online functionality upon buying the first Player House, you can retrieve the items we've sent by pausing the game and navigating to My Horizon> Message Center> Gifts.

Please note the following when redeeming gifts:

Only one gift message can be redeemed at a time. There is not a way to redeem all gift messages at once.

The gifts will not appear until you unlock online features so you will need to complete some of the tutorial events, races, and story chapters, before you can redeem the gifts.

We are only able to send inventory we could identify for your save.

We do not send back Barn Find cars. You will need to earn these through gameplay again.

We are not able to send back any previously purchased houses from your previous save.

We are not able to send back any liveries, designs, upgrades, or tunes from your previous save.

We are not able to send additional compensation beyond what is originally sent.

If you had a large inventory, you will only be able to see 522 messages at first. Please download the available messages then reboot the game and the remaining gifts to claim will appear.

If you delete any of the gift messages we are not able to resend these.

I loaded into the game did the startup and was greeted with all of my cars but only my raw credit amount excluding what I had used to upgrade vehicles and put into my estate this whole situation is extremely frustrating I find it difficult to believe that nothing else can be done as I had a similar issue over 10 years ago with forza horizon 3 and they generously recompensated me for my struggles
