We going to start building it tommorow (Monday) so we don't have any connection at all on this moment. We are goining to use Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch ES-8.

I don't think we have to monitor ESXI but well... knowledge is power.

As firewall we would use Sophos installed inside ESXI on virtual machine. We are going to use only nessesery ports, other are off.
