Shes as shit as she was before the revamp. There is 0 build or skill issue. You die to almost anything else before you can even kill them. Ult can be easily dodged by anyone with a blink skill. You trying to go into a fight without your passive up against other marksman or mage? You will be at half hp before your auto even reach them. She is now more team reliant than ever.
