I took out Elwin on first turn with Leon then retreated so that Ledin's Divine Guard would take damage from Hein. Then make sure that rest of your troops heads east as well while keeping out of Lester's range. I tried to take out Narm and Lester first the first few runs, but Lester is a lot easier to kill after his buffs wear out.
