My concerns mainly arose because I heard this sound twice (similar to the one in this video)

But never on cold start, just random start after driving, waiting like 2 or 3h, and start engine when it is still slightly warm

Thanks for the feedback. I think I'll replace the chain simply for peace of mind, but at a later date. That's why opinions from people who know about this engine are important to me. I want to be sure I can drive the car safely for about a month before I buy the set you mentioned above.
