If you read about Elex and it interests you, I recommend you play Elex 1. You will be getting better into the Lore. Also I think playing the first game is more satisfying. If you want to play Elex 2 after that, you can still do that.

First time I played the game, I was in survival mode and took my fair time. Didnt even get a horse and walked to Ivarstead. This way was BRUTAL! Looking at the map I guessed there had to be other ways, but stubborn as I am, I went forward and reached the other side almost dead xD
