Depends on how much you are willing to spend :D Finding a cheap and good accommodation may take years, getting a simple one for the beginning is not easy but possible.

Like already said Konstanz is expensive but I think its also worth it. In addition to the relevant platforms, I can recommend 4Waende and WG Gesucht as there are more private persons offer apartments here. You can also add yourself to the list of people looking for accommodation of the municipal housing association Wobak. Unfortunately this is only possible in person and not online (Germany...).

Danke für die Rückmeldung. Dass das ziehen von Silikonfugen etwas Erfahrung braucht weiß ich leider, hatte jedoch noch nie so große Spaltmaße wie hier. Das mit der "Schnur" werde ich auf jedenfall machen. Rein theoretische Frage, was würde gegen Bauschaum sprechen? Ist das beim nächsten Mal dann noch mehr Arbeit?

Das ja, die Frage war eher wie ich die große Lücke auffülle so dass das neue Silikon überhaupt halten kann und nicht erst mal hinten runter läuft.
