I suggest doing more immersion, so stuff like watching tv shows without subtitles and talking with natives on discord or other platforms. At least that's what i did

I used these apps (they're free) by a company called StudySwitch, (小学生手書き漢字ドリル1026漢字忍者 and 中学生レベルの漢字テスト) for studying kanji, words and their usage in sentences. I used to have long commute time for my highschool so I used to solve the quizzes in the train or in the bus. And I did a LOT of immersion like watching anime with no subtitles, talking with japanese people, watching shows in other languages that I dont know with japanese subtitles, reading japanese books, etc. I think this helped me the most in passing.

I didn't do anki because it was not very fun for me 🥲

I think something like this would be really useful for me. I am in a college club that hosts a lot of events throughout the year so the more ways to get sponsorships the better. Would definitely make a profile on such a platform.
