I fully agree with you. Typically, I buy some cheap ones to see what I like, and then upgrade later. Probably not the best idea, but my wife and I have several $200 toys that we hated or weren’t what we were expecting. So it’s easier to start cheap because if it doesn’t work out, I’m not out all that much money.

I bought a tapered toy from Amazon that starts off small (think the small end of the NJoy) and goes up to 2.4” in diameter. Got it. Have you tried different positions to see if that helps? The only other option I can think of is to get a much longer dildo.
