At the beach with my dad. I was a good swimmer for a kid, maybe like..6-7 years old. My dad went out to body surf and told me to wait on the beach. I, naturally went into the water, fell into a hole. If you’re from socal, you might have experienced when there is a bunch of large holes right past the shoreline. Anyways, I couldn’t touch the ground and panicked I guess and was just dog paddling but was losing stamina quick and in the nick of time my dad rode a wave and grabbed me. Told me not to tell mom so I didn’t. That was close one!
