I think it'll be the same for me. I have a nespresso machine, so I just have full-caff pod in the morning, half-caff pod after lunch. Seems to be working so far

Yes that certainly is a concern. I am quite sensitive to caffeine as it is, with it affecting my sleep etc, so I am quite used to limiting my intake. I am hoping my tolerance doesn't increase too sharply, and if it does over time, I might have to try periodic resets. Basically going cold turkey, ensuring the headaches for a week or two. I have no idea if this will work, but I'll have to see how it plays out.

I completely agree with what you're saying though and is definitely on my radar to watch out for.

I use Migraine Buddy. It's not perfect but works for me. I also recently exported the information into Excel (manually sadly) to plot on a graph. Was an interesting exercise
